Distinctive criteria
3. Innovative character
(Maximum of 250 words)
These may refer to, for example, METHODOLOGY and PROCESSES ADOPTED, PEDAGOGICAL IMPLICATIONS, ORGANISATIONAL DIMENSIONS, ECONOMIC and/or TECHNOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS, and SOCIAL MATTERS. Indicate the degree of novelty within the region making the application.

4. Transferability
(Maximum of 250 words)
Transferability is defined in terms of ‘policy transfer’, i.e. whether a good practice in the particular regional case has any potential relevance to another region or country. The description should be written in sufficient detail so as to enable an assessment of how the good practice may be employed by different types of organisations operating in different environments.
Highlight those features and aspects of the good practice case which are or will be important in order for the case to be successfully transferred and implemented across other sectors and regions. Where relevant highlight any issues that may prevent or limit a successful transfer.

5. Sustainability
(Maximum of 250 words)
Consider not only the economic continuity but also the University-Industry cooperation relationships that the case has generated, including secondary effects: continuation of and further development of the case concerned; long term effects of the case on its target beneficiaries.
Describe if the case is likely to be continued, the funding change, and the likelihood of success. If possible, indicate the risk of case failure / secession.

6. Additional Information /Annex Information
Provide a list of the main documents and information sources used for this case, e.g. the case’s website address, annual report, business plan, publications/press reports, strategy/action/delivery plan, funding appraisal, evaluation study, ….
Any supporting material should also be submitted in digital format on an attached file with a maximum file size of 2 Mbytes. This might include press releases, newspaper or journal articles, reviews, affirmations or attestations, and any formal or informal evaluation reports (particularly recommended).
