RUISNET informs its users about its personal information protection policy, based on article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of Protection of Personal Information, this way RUISNET informs its users about the personal data that if may require from them for the accomplishment of its activities.

The personal information received will be automatically added by RUISNET to its automated files, being RUISNET responsible of those files. Following the applicable law, these files are registered in the General Register of Data Protection. By virtue of the applicable law, users may access the files for its modification, correction, or cancellation of the personal data. The user guarantees RUISNET that the personal information submitted is truthful and declares he/she responsible to communicate any modification.

The automated gathering and treatment of Personal Information seeks the management, administration, benefit, enlargement, and improvement of the services offered by RUISNET.

RUISNET guarantees the maintenance of the legally required levels of security of Personal Information, and tries to incorporate additional ways, technical measures available to avoid the loosing, misuse, change, unauthorized access and sealing of facilitated Personal Information.

Users have recognized the rights of access, cancellation, change and opposition, as well as the right to be informed of any transfer of its Personal Information. The User, or its legal representative, may practise this right sending a personal request addressed to RUISNET by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, in which specifies its demand and adds a copy of its D.N.I. or supporting identification, to the following address:
