Professional education and training

- PhD in Biological Sciences by the Universitat de València.

Professional work experience

- October 1988: project manager in the Department of Technology Transfer of ADEIT.
- September 1989: responsible of the COMETT Department of ADEITpromotion and encouragement of the participation of enterprises and universities in European training projects in new technologies in the framework of the COMETT Programme
- Since February 1990: Manager of the International Co-operation Department of ADEIT, being co-ordinator of the COMETT UETP (University - Enterprise Training Partnership) in the Valencian Community, and of several transnational projects on education and training.
- Since year 2000: Director of the e-Learning Department, coordinating the Virtual Classroom of the Foundation, the European projects related to e-Learning and all Leonardo da Vinci projects in which participates the Universitat de València. He has co-ordinated and participated in several projects of the European Programmes in Training (FORCE, TEMPUS, LINGUA, LEONARDO DA VINCI, ADAPT, SOCRATES MINERVA, e-LEARNING Initiative, EQUAL, NOW, ...)
- Participant in several conferences, seminars, debates and studies on training and technology transfer in Spain and Europe . Remarkable his participation as expert in the projects "Access difficulties of SMEs to training" lead by the European Center for the Development of Vocational Training (CEDEFOP), “Impact of Comett in the regional development” lead by the Task Force Human Resources, and “Practical Elements to Analyse Training Needs: A transnational view” developed in the framework of the ADAPT J100.
- Coordination of projects directly related to e-Learning: “NEPTUNO – Network of Entities Promoting Training in Universities with Open and Distance Learning”, or “MECA-ODL – Methodology for the Analysis of Quality in Open and Distance Learning vía Internet” both in the framework of the European programme SOCRATES.
