- Since June 1986: working with CESPAL, study centre on development
of Latin -American countries in the University of Bologna.
- In January 1988, together with several colleagues and with
the support of Bologna University, she established SCIENTER,
a non-profit research and consultancy organisation specialised
in open and distance learning and in innovation in education
and training system.
- Living and working in cross-cultural environments acquired
in 16 years of European projects as well as in a European
stage organized in the framework of COMETT Program (Exchange
Universityenterprise) c/o the Chamber of commerce and Industry
of Pays de la Loire.
- Since January 1988: working in SCIENTER on problems related
to Organisation and Training, Design of Open Flexible Learning
System, Training of Trainers, Labour market analysis, Policy
- Analysis and Assessment and Methodology of Training Needs
Analysis. Projects and systems evaluation activity.
- Since 1993 Research Responsible, since April 1994 member
of the Board of Directors and since April 2000 Research Director,
a function in which management and research responsibilities
are balanced.
- Management of several transnational projects in the last
16 years concerning research on training, vocational training
systems; training of the trainers, training needs analysis
at regional/sectoral level, policy analysis and assessment
at regional, national and European level (COMETT, DELTA, TELEMATICS
APPLICATIONS, IST, Leonardo da Vinci, Socrates, ADAPT, etc.).
