Responsible for the Area Entrepreneurial spirit and Technology
based enterprises
- 1995-1997: Consultant for market research and external relations
between Italian companies and the NIS (New Independent States).
- 1998-1999: Consultant for the design, delivery and evaluation
of personalised training and development paths focused on
personal assessment and motivation techniques; participation
in working groups for personnel mapping and design of carrier
paths.
- Since 2000: Researcher at SCIENTER. Project Manager for
projects dealing with the design, implementation and evaluation
of Open and Distance learning (ODL) and elearning initiatives
in Higher Education Institutes, schools, companies, public
administration, service providers for disadvantaged groups;
valuation of prior learning in terms of identification of
criteria and methods for the recognition and valuation of
learning outcomes and competences acquired in informal and
non formal learning environments.
- Since April 2004: Responsible for SCIENTER Unit “Knowledge
Society and Social Inclusion”, with tasks of research,
coordination, and management of projects mainly dealing with
the use of elearning to address the learning needs of disadvantaged
social groups.
- Participant in several conferences, seminars, online communities
dealing with elearning developments and evolutionary trends
in Italy and in Europe.
